I always love this game. It always has the same outcome. ABC 7 News in California reports:

ABC 7 has learned the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority have charged Representative Robert Filner of California with assault and battery following an incident at Dulles International Airport Sunday night.

Police say they were called to the baggage claim area around 6 p.m. when a passenger attempted to enter an area authorized for airline employees only.

ABC 7 spoke with several witnesses who say they saw Filner push aside an United Airlines employee and refused to leave the office.

When officers arrived on scene, they found Filner waiting outside the office and informed him the airline employee would be pursuing charges.

Investigators say the employee appeared before a Loudoun County Magistrate Sunday evening and Filner is now scheduled to appear in General District Court on October 2.

Hmm. Why, Congressman Filner seems to have no political affiliation! Well, of course he does. You have 15 seconds to take a guess…a wild guess, if you must. Ready….go! (Cue Jeopardy music)

ABC 7/Newschannel 8 has learned the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority have charged Democratic Representative Robert Filner of California with assault and battery following an incident at Dulles International Airport Sunday night.

Update 2: CNN didn’t mention his affiliation, either. Allah rolled back his Tivo, and says MSNBC didn’t mention the affiliation, either. Now ABC7  has an update notice – no details on what was updated.
