We wanted to let you know that the imams just dismissed their case against the John Doe passengers.

This isn’t over. The imams are still suing U.S. Airways for finding their activities (anti-American slurs, occupying unassigned seats, assuming hijacker seating arrangements, asking for things they didn’t need) suspicious. Once that part of the suit is dropped, then it’ll be over. Of course, the chances of them dropping the suit against U.S. Airways, which lost two planes of passengers on 9/11, are slim.
