According to the SITE Institute, a new Osama bin Laden video will released on September 11, to mark the anniversary of the attacks. According to the Associated Press, bin Laden is addressing the American people in the new video.

You know, the first thing I notice from the graphic, is how crappy OBL looks. He looks exhausted, much older, and sickly. However, the AP notes that his beard previously had gray streaks (actually mostly gray), and is now all black. His face looks very different, too.
