Across on Fox News. Al Jazeera is reporting that al Qaeda has confirmed it was responsible for the assassination of Abdul Sattar Abu Risha. Risha was the leader of the Anbar Salvation Council, a group in Anbar that has joined our side in fighting al Qaeda.

As previously reported, Sunnis in Anbar are vowing to seek revenge for the killing, chanting “Al Qaeda is the enemy of Allah!”.
