Alan Keyes To Run for President

Reagan diplomat Alan Keyes will seek the Republican nomination for the Presidency, according to WorldNetDaily.

After two previous runs for U.S. president, former Reagan diplomat Alan Keyes has announced he’s again seeking the White House in the 2008 election, and he’ll take part in Monday night’s Republican presidential debate here.

Oy. If he gets the nomination, I swear I’ll leave the party. Why? Because he couldn’t even win against Barack Obama in Illinois. He lost by 43 points. That’s against Obama in a Senate race. Imagine against Clinton in the Presidential race.

Luckily, the chance of that is less than the chance of a cold day in Hell. Allah suggests a possible campaign slogan:

“Because Sam Brownback isn’t religious enough.”
