The subject comes back to the Frost Family, and the conservative blogosphere’s looking into the family after Democrats trotted out their 12-year-old son to call Bush & Republicans a meanie for vetoing the SCHIP expansion. Keep in mind that we’ve confined our research into finding out if the Frost family is really the average family who needs SCHIP, and have yet to resort to personal attacks on their young son. Our investigation was solely on how much they actually needed SCHIP, based on their financial status.

It turns out they only work “part-time” and “intermittently”, he owns his own design company, they own 3 late-model vehicles, have a 3,000 sqft home, send their kids to private school and failed to purchase even the least expensive health insurance despite all of that. Yet, they still received SCHIP benefits and Bush’s veto would do nothing to change that.

The far left folks have ethical boundaries that they try very hard not to cross: things like attacking other people’s minor children is bad form . . .

Hmm. Must be a new policy for the Left. See in 2005, Republicans used Noah McCollough, 9-years-old, to tout their Social Security reform. Did the left treat him with dignity? Was there a line they didn’t cross? Um, no.
