They’ve risen to the challenge, so good for them. Soldiers Angels is a non-partisan group looking to help soldiers wounded in battle. As promised, Michelle has donated $50 to Valour-IT for each of them, up to four more, in addition to her regular donation.

The team I’m on (The Marine Team) is currently in second place, having raised $14,662 so far. However, the goal per team is $60,000. As of the last time I was informed by the group, all four teams combined have raised less than the per team goal. The goal isn’t as outrageous as it sounds; It’s been done before.

Please, if you can, dig deep as we come to this Veterans Day, and chip in anything you can. Valour-IT provides customized and voice-activated laptops for troops currently in hospitals having been wounded in battle. I’ll be throwing my 3rd donation in the pot today. If you can, and I know it’s been a tough year, donate.
