Chavez uses fights like this to gain support back in Venezuela, where he intends to dissolve term limits and rules by decree.

If you haven’t been following this, Spain’s King told Chavez to “shut up” when the Venezuelan crazy man kept interrupting a speech by Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, repeatedly referring to Prime Minister Zapatero has a “fascist”. Ironic.
