The “confrontation” was apparently taped by a bystander on the next level up from them. You can clearly see Janet Huckabee, Mike’s wife, making gestures and speaking (apparently) loudly at Ed Rollins, her husband’s campaign manager. What she’s upset about isn’t entirely clear, but Gabriel Malor speculates it could have something to do with his “Reagan Coalition is dead” quote that has been used against Huckabee.

Also note that Georgette Mosbacher, a member of the RNC Finance Committee, seems visibly angry at Rollins a bit later.
