TIZA Headmaster Learns to Use Flag Pole

by Stephan Tawney on April 11, 2008

Good news out of Minnesota today, as the headmaster of TIZA, which I wrote about here, has apparently learned how to use a flag pole. Just yesterday no one in the school could figure out how to raise an American flag, as required by state law, but today someone figured that wonder of a device out.

Since 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS investigated TIZA Academy in Inver Grove Heights on Wednesday, the school’s attorney has said several changes would be made.

The most noticeable — an American flag now flies over the school for the first time since the academy was founded in 2003.

Amazing. Just one day after public pressure mounts, the headmaster has an epiphany and can now operate a flag pole. Miracles do happen!
