Don’t get me wrong, he’s got some great policies. For example, he’s firmly against earmarks. But many of his other positions make me say, “Thanks, but no thanks.”
On Iraq? Surrender ho! Intelligence gathering? He attacks the Patriot Act & Co., but voted for it when he had the chance. On immigration? He supports a form of amnesty. And, as Michelle Malkin points out, the ACLU (seen lately doing its best to protect the “rights” of terrorists) has him as a consultant.
Bob Barr? Ross Perot called. He says it doesn’t work.
