Free market and capitalism? We don’t need no stinkin’ free markets and capitalism!

It’s Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), who looks like an idiot while struggling to find the correct terminology for what she’s threatening to do. She first resorts to calling it “socializing”, then ends up explaining that the government would take over all of the companies. The word she’s looking for is “nationalizing”, which is an all-time favorite past-time of Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez. The two people visible to her left can’t help but lean back, appearing to laugh.

Gotta love Congress. “Don’t drill off-shore, don’t drill for our oil, don’t use nuclear energy, but guarantee prices will drop!!!”.
