This is an interview with ABC7 Chesapeake from back in February, in which Sen. Barack Obama is asked about his position on gun control. As the interviewer talks about the DC handgun ban and Obama’s purported position on it, Obama nods along in agreement to the interviewer’s assertions.

Interviwer: Uh, you said in Idaho recently, “I have no intention of taking away folk’s guns”, but you support the DC handgun ban.

Obama: (Nodding) (Sounds like him mumbling “right”.)

Interviewer: And you’ve said that it’s Constitutional.

Obama: (Nodding) (Sounds like him mumbling “right”.)
