by Stephan Tawney on June 26, 2008

In response to criticsm over remarks a campaign aide gave about his position on the DC handgun ban last year, Barack Obama claims to have been consistent on the issue:

“I don’t know what my aide said but I’ve been very consistent, I teach constitutional law,” Obama said.

possessing firmness or coherence

And after the ruling:

Consistency!
