Matching Barack Obama’s total for May, John McCain raised $22 million during the month of June. He also had nearly $27 million in the bank at the month’s end.

The Republican National Committee has also apparently had great successes with its fundraising activities. Team McCain and the RNC had about $95 million in the bank at the end of June.

No word yet on Obama’s numbers, but they came in last month at just a half-million more than McCain. His fundraising totals, even before flopping on multiple issues important to the left, had been gradually going down by the month.
