Obama reiterated his call for American to learn Spanish today, again saying he’s embarassed at the lack of ability of many children to speak multiple languages. He again looked to the European model, apparently holding it up as some sort-of ideal outcome. He says he just got blasted for telling the truth (Really? Like when Charlie Black told the truth and was blasted by the Messiah?).
That got me wondering: Just how many languages does Barack Obama speak? He talks about being embarrassed of America’s children, but exactly how well could he communicate with foreigners? Via the ABC News report:
While the Obama campaign says that Obama speaks a little bit of Indonesian, Obama himself admits that he isn’t bilingual.
So the guy telling us our children need to learn worldly languages, and calls their lack of multilingualism “embarrassing”, himself isn’t bilingual. Gotcha.

If he wants Americans to speak Spanish, then, he should sponsor in getting Rocket Spanish to help everyone speak Spanish the “conversational” way. He can read this Rocket Spanish review to find out more…Wait a minute! Maybe he can’t understand what is being said here…oh well….

That’s way funny
Call the kettle black
Besides, Europe doesn’t really have much of a choice other than at least learn one foreign language (English) or we would have stayed stuck in the middle ages without being able to communicate (which quite a few people still are; stuck that is …)

You guys! You don’t think you should be speaking other languages? Cripes! And you call other people ‘stuck in the middle ages’?
Way to go backwards, O leaders of the modern world!
