During Barack Obama’s speech in Berlin, Germany yesterday, the Messiah talked about helping children around the word. In particular, he spoke of lifting children from poverty in Bangladesh.

Now the world will watch and remember what we do here – what we do with this moment. Will we extend our hand to the people in the forgotten corners of this world who yearn for lives marked by dignity and opportunity; by security and justice? Will we lift the child in Bangladesh from poverty, shelter the refugee in Chad, and banish the scourge of AIDS in our time?

Obama sure talks a lot about helping people. But that’s what he does: Talk. Meanwhile, meet a girl named Bridget (on the right, obviously):

2wny1rr Obama: Will we lift the child in Bangladesh from poverty?

Bridget has an interesting story. See, her mother was visiting Bangledesh with Mother Teresa and other medical staff, when the group happened upon an orphanage where two children lay with severe medical conditions. Her mom decided to get Bridget (the one sick child) and her fellow orphan back to the United States, where they were both adopted.

Wait. It gets more interesting, because Bridget’s father is now the Republican candidate for the presidency of the United States. Meet Bridget McCain.

As Gateway Pundit writes:

Barack Obama talks.
Barack Obama talks about lifting the child from Bangladesh from poverty.
John McCain already did it.
