I know, I know, it is pretty shocking. The mainstream media, or at least the Associated Press, has finally determined that the surge is working, and that the war has been turned around from being a lost cause (their words, not mine). They should have asked me a long time ago. I would have told them so.
Note: Obama still thinks the surge is a failure, and that the war in Iraq is lost and unwinnable.
In fact, the mainstream press, when wondering about our progress towards victory in Iraq, could have asked the British press. After all, the Brits published a story saying nearly the same thing (that we are winning the war there), but with more enthusiasm, about three weeks ago.
I wonder how long it will take them to catch on that Obama is a poor candidate for the presidency, man-made Global Warming is a hoax, and Islamism is determined to kill us?
