The United States Secret Service has been dispatched to the home of Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) to assume immediate protection of him, while Hillary Clinton has been notified she will not be Barack Obama’s running mate. That would indicate that it’s just a matter of time before Senator Obama announces Biden as his running mate for 2008.
