Daschle: How Can We Place the Future of the Country in Inexperienced Hands?

by Stephan Tawney on September 1, 2008

Except he’s not talking about presidential candidate and inexperienced first-term Senator Barack Obama, he’s talking about vice-presidential candidate and inexperienced first-term Governor Sarah Palin. Is this man just this stupid or is he intentionally disingenuous?

“With absolutely no experience, are we ready, if necessary, to place our future in her hands as commander in chief and our premier negotiator with other world leaders?”

Hello? Is anyone home upstairs? Democrats have spent the last few months arguing that we should put someone with absolutely no experience in the actual role of commander-in-chief. Now they’re objecting to an inexperienced governor in the #2 slot? Seriously?

Do not question a democrat because that would be a racist thing to do. In the past few days we have put the republican VP nominee’s life under a microscope and know more about her than we know about OBAMA. Time to do the same digging into BIDEN. Talk is cheap and that’s what democrats are famous for.

[...] That why other bloggers and I have been saying for days. If an inexperienced governor isn’t ready for the vice presidency, how the hell is an inexperienced senator ready for the presidency? Someone should ask Tom Daschle to explain that. [...]
