There’s so much to review that you really need to sit down with a cup of tea to read it. Damning. Spread the word.
Update: Ace sums it up:
Obama Connected PR Firm Produces, Uploads Lying Anti-Palin Ad on YouTube, Then Pushes it Virally as “Grassroots” Effort; PR Exec Sockpuppets Praise Video for “Getting the Truth Out;” Company Employee Uploads it On Democratic Underground and Urges Readers to Send it Out to Ten People Each
The usernames of the uploaders connect with employees of the Democratic (and Obama)-aligned firm. Users on YouTube, with account created within one day, upload what appear to be original versions (only one watermark). A DU member receives the video from a group believed to have been founded by a username connected with the firm. There’s much more evidence and you need to read through the whole thing.
It should be noted that David Axelrod, Obama’s top strategist, is called “the Master of Astroturfing”. Astroturfing is the artificial creation of grassroots support. He’s used such tactics to drum up support for plans his clients want pushed.
Update: Just as this is posted, the video is removed from YouTube.
Update: Patterico has a bullet-point summary. The sudden removal of the video from YouTube does nothing but further indicate that this isn’t some grassroots group at work here.
