Winner: Yeah, I Produced the Palin Video; Updated

by Stephan Tawney on September 22, 2008

He wrote the script, created the video, hired the voiceover artist, and promoted it….all by himself. Or at least that’s what he claims.

Just like the thousands of Americans who have posted videos on the Internet regarding the current Presidential campaign, I produced this video as an expression of my right to free speech, which is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Unlike the thousands of Americans who have posted videos, Winner paid a professional voiceover artist, leveled demonstrably false charges, and apparently created other accounts to promote it as if it were honest grassroot interest.

The reason is simple. Following the posting of personal information about me by the Jawa Report, my family began to receive threatening and abusive phone calls and emails.

Ah. That would also explain why YouTube accounts that didn’t directly link to his account and contained no personal information were deleted.

Taking the fall? Sounds like it.

Update: Ace makes an excellent point. If this is really just a personally created video by an Obama supporter, how did Mr. Winner know about the revalation a mere 10 minutes after My Pet Jawa’s posting? What, is he a fan of the site who makes it a habit to check it out late at night?

Libeling is not a freedom of speech. Me thinks Winner’s deception is classical Obama tactics. No change and certain no hope for him.

Governor Sarah Palin is the real winner.
