Imagine that. Apparently the District Judge has this weird thing about partisan politicians looking to ignore federal laws in order to help their candidate. Strange, I know.

A U.S. District Court judge in Columbus ruled Thursday that Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner must perform verification required by the Help American Vote Act. That includes matching a new registrant’s information with information in databases maintained by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles or the Social Security Administration.

I expect this requirement that voters are confirmed as being able to legally vote to cut into the Democratic GOTV efforts. It makes it harder for non-existent and dead people to vote for the Messiah.
