Remarkable. Joe Wurzelbacher has been on the national scene for just a couple of days now, yet is already being fully vetted by the media. His voter registration has been checked and reported on, his tax history has been printed, they’ve looked into what political parties he’s belonged to, and more. I’m sure there’s more to come. They’re apparently very interested into investigating the history of an Obama critic.

But reporting on Barack Obama? Not so much.

The media has been dragged kicking and screaming to report on Obama’s shady past. There’s evidence that Obama may’ve been a member of the New Party, a Chicago political party founded by socialists. Almost nothing on it, if any. The media has done its best to whitewash Obama’s history with William Ayers. They’ve all-but forgotten Obama’s 20-year relationship with Jeremiah Wright. The many donations to Team Obama that’ve come from names consisting of random strings of characters? Not terribly interested.

A plumber criticizes Obama and they’re digging up dirt on him. A terrorist-associating, far left liberal with shady connections runs for President of the United States and they’re less-than-interested.
