Appointed to the District Court by Clinton in 1996, as if you had to ask. Why, it’s almost as if this decision was crafted to help the Democratic Party. But we all know that Ohio officials would never do that, right?
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that counties must allow homeless voters to list park benches and other locations that aren’t buildings as their addresses.
U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus also ruled that provisional ballots can’t be invalidated because of poll worker errors.
In related news, ACORN is now suing to allow cemetary plots to qualify as the addresses for the dead people it’s registering to vote.
