Supposedly General Motors has secured bankruptcy attorneys and has been evaluating its options. I, like Ace, think this sounds like a gimmick to scare Washington and the general public by underlining their seriousness in having to file bankruptcy. It’s funny how open GM is about the consideration, no?

If not, I’m glad to see they’re prepared for a bankruptcy. Better than being caught off guard.
