Because that whole bipartisan Kumbaya schtick has worked out so well for our party’s last presidential nominee. The GOP’s leadership has a fever and the only prescription is more bipartisan bullshit that’ll assure even more time in the wilderness.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell will be on different networks Sunday, but both will offer the same basic message — they need to work together for the good of the country and the success of President-elect Barack Obama…
So McConnell’s plan is this: Republicans will look to cut deals with Obama and the Democrats, yet offer “viable alternatives” whenever possible, alternatives that comply with the party’s principles of reining in government spending and power, even in the face of the greatest economic crisis for the United States in 70 years. McConnell and other GOP leaders believe this approach will help lead the party of out the wilderness in which it has found itself during the last two election cycles.
I swear, we Republicans don’t have a leader in Washington with an IQ in the triple digits. I’d refer to them as retarded but I don’t want to offend truly handicapped people.
Did Democrats capture the White House and Congress through bipartisanship? Or did they do it by blaming every bad thing that’s happened in the past eight years on Republicans? Our Republican leaders see a strategy that’s worked and do the exact opposite. Brilliant.

Subprime mortgages to ‘crat constituents who could not pay may have destroyed the economies of the world. The ‘crat constituents are PISSED, and want new sub-subprime loans. Which they are getting. The constitutional republic has been replaced by anarchy. Property owners, family men and women, arm yourselves well.
