New Jersey Seizes Adolf Hitler Campbell

With apparently no signs of abuse or neglect.

Holland Township Police Sgt. John Harris says he was there to keep order Tuesday when workers from the state Division of Youth and Family Services removed 3-year-old Adolf Hitler Campbell and his younger sisters, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell.

Harris says DYFS did not tell police the reason the children were removed. At least one officer who helped take the kids out of the house said they did not show outward signs of abuse or neglect.

So the state can now seize your children from you if you name your own child a name they don’t like? Is that really a good precedent to set here? The government having to approve of your kid’s name or they take him from you? Or perhaps they’re talking about the beliefs they were instilling in little Adolf. In which case, the government can seize your children for teaching something the government doesn’t approve of.

Look, I find their whole Nazism thing vile and ignorant. That fact goes without saying. But I also know that the government, when given an inch, will take a mile on things like this. The children showed no signs of abuse or neglect — something that shouldn’t come as a surprise since story surfaced when their parents went to multiple bakeries to find one that would make a custom cake for Adolf’s birthday. Did they really extract him because they didn’t like the name he had?
