Thanks to the website Stimulus Watch we can break down the Pelosi-Reid-Obama Debt Act of 2009 into specific projects. Yeah, a whole lot of economic stimulus there.

  • $50,000 for dog parks in Lewiston, Maine
  • $500,000 for a dog park in Chula Vista, California
  • $2,160,000,000 for the “Solar LA” program
  • $99,600 for doorbells in Laurel, Mississippi
  • $386,000,000 for Convention Center Hotel in Dallas, Texas
  • $621,000 for intercom upgrades in Anchorage, Alaska
  • $100,000 for the Traffic Camera Monitoring Program in Lincoln, Nebraska
  • $600,000,000 for “Folks of the Road Heritage Trail” in Natchez, Mississippi
  • $500,000,000 for solar water heaters in Cidra, Puerto Rico
  • $10,000,000 for the Loussac Library in Anchorage, Alaska
  • $20,000,000 for Bus Warm Storae in Anchorage, Alaska
  • $15,000,000 for gutter improvements in Bessemer, Alabama
  • $6,000,000 for an art facility in Bessemer, Alabam
