That's a talking point from the far-left --- not reality. That's less than the first TARP and about half of the current "stimulus" bill. In exchange for that we liberated 30 million people, eliminated a dictator, and established another democracy. If you think the "poor" people are benefiting from this, think again. $600 million for a heritage trail, $500,000 for a dog park, and countless other millions for Congressional pet projects isn't targeted for the poor.
