Two completely different answers from two different Democratic Congressmen within just a few minutes. Both are walking down the street, so it’s not like the latter would’ve gotten it and read it within a few minutes of the former. Especially considering how large this monstrosity is.

We’re going to spend $3.27 trillion on something that, according to Joe Biden, has a good chance of failure? And Democrats can’t even get their own party on the same page? Despicable.

Exit suggestion: Perhaps Congressman Carney can ask the lobbyists over on K Street for a copy of the bill’s text. After all, the Democratic leadership made sure they could review it fast enough.
