Fine, let’s not look at the “day to day gyrations”. Let’s look at the trends: The Dow was trading at almost 9,000 the week Obama got elected and almost 8,000 the week Obama was inaugurated. It closed at 6,726.02 today. That seems to be a downward trend despite Obama’s plans to spend trillions.
