Boy, this union building measure is getting harder to sell by the day. Not only does liberal George McGovern join conservatives in opposing Card Check but Warren Buffett, a man whose endorsement Obama touted, now comes out against it.

It’s no fluke that even some liberal Democrats join conservative Republicans in opposing Card Check. It is truly a bad measure designed only to help expand union membership rolls through the removal of the secret ballot. Buffett’s remarks show that even some of Obama’s strongest supporters understand that.
