Oh. My. Goodness. And before the left tries to spin this into something the planned to do, take note of the article. Her aides were attempting to drag her inside while she was ranting against the companies that have been pretty relaxed in relations to ObamaCare thus far.
This is what happens when someone with an ego/power problem is forced to place a major aspect of his/her agenda on hold due to a seemingly powerless group of opponents. The only shock here is that Barack Obama wasn’t first.
“They are the villains in this,” Pelosi said of private insurers. “They have been part of the problem in a major way. They are doing everything in their power to stop a public option from happening. And the public has to know that. They can disguise their arguments any way they want, but the fact is that they don’t want the competition.”…
“It’s almost immoral what they are doing,” added Pelosi, who stood outside her office long after her press conference ended to continue speaking to reporters, even as aides tried in vain to usher her inside. “Of course they’ve been immoral all along in how they have treated the people that they insure with pre-existing conditions, you know, the litany of it all.”
Read what she’s actually saying in the first paragraph, with the second paragraph just building on the main point. She’s calling private companies “villains” for daring to make profits and not wanting measures that will (literally) put them out of business. As far as Congressional liberal Democrats are concerned, profitable private enterprises are shameful entities worthy of scorn. Pelosi just let the proverbial mask slip for a moment.
You know what’s immoral? A healthcare plan where a government bureaucrat decides, based on cost-effectiveness, whether or not you get life-saving operations. A plan where the entire nation’s health system is degraded is what I consider “immoral”. A plan where senior citizens are told their lives aren’t worth saving, while taxpayers are forced to pay for abortions, is villainous. A situation where future generations of Americans are put on the line in order to fund the aforementioned disastrous plan is simply immoral. Which is all a long way of saying that ObamaCare is immoral.

Make no mistake about this America. This is not about improving health care. This is about power!!
You’d fight back too, if they were trying to shut you down.
Check out my take and stick around for good content.
