KSM’s Family Was Threatened. So What?

Sorry, but I’m not shedding tears just because the man responsible for the 9/11 attacks wasn’t treated nicely or because the CIA made hollow threats against his family members.

Does anyone here really think that KSM believed that his wife and kids would be harmed by the CIA if he didn’t hand over information? If he did, he’s dumber than we thought. He likely knew the threats were hollow just as much as we know the threats were hollow.

But even if they weren’t, though crap. How about all of the children killed because of him on September 11th? Michelle Malkin has photos of some of them up on her website. They range in age from 2 to 11 years. They never got to graduate high school, go to college, have a family, or pursue their dreams. They were brutally murdered, along with about 2,993 other innocent people from all walks of life, because of Khalid Sheik Mohammed.

And we care that a few CIA agents made hollow threats against this man’s family? We care that he wasn’t treated like a king at Gitmo?

I shed tears for the young, innocent children killed on September 11th. Not for KSM and his unharmed family members.

The Obama Administration should spend a little more time fixing the deficit and effectively fighting the war and terror, and less time going on a witch hunt against the men and women protecting this country just to appease France and distract from the health care debate.
