He’s telling them to (literally) shout down any town hall questioners who dare to question The One and his socialization of our nation’s health care system. If they hear a non-supportive questioner expressing his or her opinion, they’re supposed to stand up and start shouting, “Health care now! Health care now!”

It’s like a scene from George Orwell’s Animal Farm come to life. An animal starts questioning the wisdom of the pig overlords and the sheep start shouting the same phrase over and over to shut said animal down. Congratulations, liberal activists. You’re the sheep.

Incidentally, this guy is from the ironically-named Health Care for America Now. HCAN is admittedly funded by ACORN, the AFL-CIO, the NAACP, La Raza, and MoveOn.org.

So apparently an organizer from this well-funded special interest group telling other members of this special interest group to shout down any dissent is patriotic grassroots activity. But just a few Americans deciding to question the fundamentals of ObamaCare at town halls are mobsters engaging in astroturfing.

Such is liberal logic.
