How do you know Democrats are getting desperate in their failing attempts to socialize America’s health care system? They’re now promising unimaginable pain, pain they’ll never be able to deliver, to mere opponents of their efforts.

DNC spokesman Hari Sevugan said: “The message to opponents of change who would lie or misrepresent the truth should be clear. We are going to respond forcefully and consistently with the facts, and you will no longer be able to peddle your lies with impunity. Through tools like ‘Call ‘Em Out,’ you will be met with a rain of hellfire from supporters armed with the facts and you will be held to account.”

I’m sure senior citizens who’ve fought in wars, Republicans who are out-raising their liberal opponents, and conservative groups witnessing a revived grassroots movement are trembling in their shoes.

Note to the DNC: “Facts” aren’t whatever you decide they are. As Daniel Patrick Moynihan said:

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts.

The DNC wants to create its own “facts” to back up the left’s failed argument that socialism is cool. Now it’s just getting pathetic.
