MSNBC Host: Republicans Love When People Have Cancer, Die

by Stephan Tawney on September 24, 2009

Clearly the logical conclusion to the inquiry as to why Republicans, as with a majority of the country, oppose the government taking over the health care industry, rationing care, telling people to go home and die, and destroying the quality of the system. Why, they must simply love people to get cancer and die.

He’s a f*cking whack who makes Keith Olbermann look down-right reasonable. Will the media jump on Ed Schultz like they repeatedly jump on Glenn Beck for exposing Obama’s plethora of czars? I’m not holding my breath.

Hold it right there!  The Republicans lie.  They want to see you dead!  They’d rather make money off your dead corpse!  They kinda like it when that woman has cancer and they don’t have anything for her!

Says the guy who supports a socialized health care system system where patients would be told, by Obama’s own admission, to simply take painkillers rather than receive necessary procedures. Where they would keel over and die waiting for a doctor to have time to see them. Where medical breakthroughs would significantly decrease. Where seniors would be told that they’re not cost-effective to keep living anymore.

But no, it’s we Republicans who are the heartless bastards. Because we want a system where people who really can’t afford it receive help, but those who simply choose not to buy insurance aren’t put on the government dole. Clearly we’re evil pricks. Because we don’t want the health care system destroyed and we refuse to see seniors told by a government bureaucrat to go home and die. How evil we are, huh?

As an individual with families members who’ve both succumbed to and survived cancer, I’d like to tell Schultz that he can bit me. But then I wouldn’t want to contract whatever disease the ignorant asshole carries.
