Moonbats To Host Anti-Military Protests At Schools Tomorrow

by Stephan Tawney on October 5, 2009

Watch as the media completely ignores this story and fails to connect it with liberal groups in general, unlike the way it acts whenever someone who may associate with the right does something reprehensible. I’m sure they’ll find these people to be a fringe element that having nothing — nothing! — to do with the left in general.

The moonbat group responsible is World Can’t Wait, an anti-American organization literally founded by communists. Writes Michelle Malkin:

The anti-military zealots have never relented. Tomorrow, a recruiter-bashing organization called “We Are Not Your Soldiers” is holding a national protest on the anniversary of the invasion of Afghanistan. Schoolchildren are being encouraged to distribute letters “to all high school teachers you know.” When protesting, they are also being instructed “to assure the media are present.” They’ve set up a Facebook page.

World Can’t Wait doesn’t just oppose the war in Iraq. It’s not an organization that simply thinks that that conflict is wrong and that we should bring home our troops for their safety and welfare. It’s an anti-American group that strongly despises the American military and actively works against our troops.

They use propaganda statistics already proven fraudulent, oppose the war in Afghanistan as well (they say it was based on “lies”), accuse our troops of simply bombing civilians, accuse military recruiters — members of the military themselves — of “lying”, say the military doesn’t provide a purpose for life, calls the United States an “empire”, and blatantly asserts that we could build a better world by knocking back our military and power.

It’s not a typical anti-war group. It’s about as anti-American and anti-military as any organization can get and doesn’t care what conflict we’re currently in. As far as World Can’t Wait is concerned, the world would be better off without the American soldier, who it views as an evil individual simply killing civilians.

And this is the organization now attempting to organize our children against the military in public schools. The worst part? Don’t be surprised if there are reports tomorrow of teachers taking part in this event and even forcing their students to do the same.
