		<description>Question:  When the patient with no insurance goes to the hospital and the hospital asks if he has insurance, must they give a Miranda warning to the patient?  Why is this different than bankruptcy where you can absolve all of your debts because we do not have debtors&#039; prisons anymore.  Obviously, we do now!</description>
