NBC: Obama Asks Bush 43 to Help With Haiti Efforts

President Barack Obama has requested help in the Haitian relief effort from former President George W. Bush, his predecessor. If the 43rd president accepts the request, he would become the fourth American president to work on bringing help to the Haitian people, joining President Clinton and George H.W. Bush.
