Look, the kid shouldn’t have been doodling on the desk. It’s not the right thing to do to other people’s property. But taking her out in handcuffs? Arresting her? She’s 12-years-old and was only doing what’s happened throughout the history of education.
And what did this obvious gangbanging trouble-maker write?
NEW YORK (AP) – A New York City junior high student has been arrested for doodling on her desk with a marker.
Twelve-year-old Alexa Gonzalez scribbled “Lex was here 2/1/10” on her desk Monday at Junior High School 190 in Queens. She also wrote “I love my friends Abby and Faith.” The girl says the doodles could have been erased.
She’s twelve-years-old and wrote, apparently in erasable ink, that she loved her friends. So the public school determined that the best course of action was to have her handcuffed, hauled out, and brought to the police station? Absolutely moronic.
At most, this should have been a talk with the principal or some other academic-based punishment. Instead, the morons mad fools of themselves by having a 12-year-old doodler handcuffed and brought to the police station. It’s a disgrace.
