Representative Betsy Markey (D-CO) will side with Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama over her constituents, voting “yes” on $940 billion government-run health care legislation.

Markey represents a Republican-leaning district and ran as fiscally responsible in 2008. Clearly she lied to her voters, and this position is likely to cost her re-election in November.

How long before we learn what job she was promised in exchange for her vote? What do you think, a federal appointment? Or more of a Center for American Progress cushy, ideological job? You know she was bribed somehow.
