Good Lord. At first this appears to be a parodic warning produced by a limited government organization or even the ACLU. This can’t possibly be a real ad for an actual government agency, right? Wrong. It’s absolutely real. And the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue seems proud of their work.

The whole thing ends on a black screen with white lettering, reading, “Find us before we find you.” Orwell called; he wants his material back.
