Barack Obama fully supports Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack’s decision to fire Shirley Sherrod, the White House announced today. Sherrod, a member of the NAACP, was terminated after video surfaced of her admitting that her racist views interfered with her job at the USDA in Georgia.
