Don't they look friendly?
International terrorist group Hamas has announced its agreement with Barack Obama that a 13-story mosque should be constructed at Ground Zero in New York City. Hamas is an Islamic terror group dedicated to eliminating the state of Israel and bringing about international Islamic rule.
A leader of the Hamas terror group yesterday jumped into the emotional debate on the plan to construct a mosque near Ground Zero — insisting Muslims “have to build” it there.
“We have to build everywhere,” said Mahmoud al-Zahar, a co-founder of Hamas and the organization’s chief on the Gaza Strip.
“In every area we have, [as] Muslim[s], we have to pray, and this mosque is the only site of prayer,” he said on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on WABC.
Why? Keep in mind that 9/11 was perpetrated by Islamic terrorists with the same agenda as Hamas. The imam, or leader, of the planned mosque himself believes we deserved the 9/11 attacks and agrees with the end goal of international Islamic rule. He has said that the sharia legal system, a brutal system which recognizes no rights for women and imposes barbaric penalties for the most minor of crimes, should be implemented here.
Regardless of how ordinary Muslims in New York would see the building, the international Islamist movement and likely even the mosque’s leadership itself view the construction of a 13-story mosque at Ground Zero as a victory monument. After all, that’s the location where a couple of Islamic terrorists killed thousands of infidels in a great victory for Allah.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who supports the project and even defended an aide who labeled opponents “racist”, declined to issue a comment to the New York Post. Feisal Abdul Rauf, the imam who leads the shadily-financed construction of the mosque, was also noticeably silent.
By the way, Rauf, the same imam I told you said we deserved the 9/11 attacks and thinks sharia law should be enacted here, has refused to label Hamas a terrorist organization. The group conducts suicide bombings against innocent civilians, seeks the violent destruction of Israel, and openly advocates violence against civilians to achieve its goals.
