Which makes Joe Sestak’s sudden decision to campaign for government-run health care odd. If Sestak believes Pennsylvania voters will end up being to the left of the nation on ObamaCare, he’s terribly mistaken.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely Voters shows that 60% at least somewhat favor repeal of the health care reform law, while 36% oppose repeal.
Fifty percent believe repealing ObamaCare would help the economy — a not remarkable belief considering all of the expensive mandates, new taxes, and costs levied on businesses contained within the legislation.
The percentage that favor repeal has risen by five percent since last week and is now at the highest level since the beginning of July.
