Granholm: Criticizing Chevrolet Is “Un-American”

by Stephan Tawney on August 17, 2010

More specifically, criticizing the Chevy Volt is “un-American”. And so we’ve reached a point where the Democratic governor of Michigan has decided that anyone who criticizes a specific product made by a specific automaker should have his patriotic credentials revoked. Hope’nChange, baby.

By the way, she’s lying about what Rush Limbaugh actually said. Limbaugh repeatedly clarified that he was talking about the Obama Administration’s handling of General Motors rather than General Motors itself or the Volt. He also made clear that he wasn’t criticizing the design staff behind the Volt or other General Motors employees. Only the administration’s handling of the company.

But then lying Democrats are nothing new.
