DNC Spokesman Can’t Name Alaska Democratic Senate Nominee

by Stephan Tawney on August 25, 2010

Well, this must be embarrassing for the Democratic National Committee. When asked this morning to name the Democratic nominee for United States Senate in Alaska, DNC spokesman Brad Woodhouse drew a blank. He literally couldn’t name his own party’s nominee for United States Senate.

The candidate’s name, by the way, is Scott McAdams. His chances of winning are slim, as evidence by the DNC’s complete lack of support for his candidacy.

I guess drawing Dilbert for 22 years is no longer enough of a challenge for him . . .

Considering he’s not my party’s nominee, I’m not a major political operative for his party’s leadership, and I was off by two letters whereas the DNC spokesman couldn’t even get his first name and he was advocating for his candidacy? No, I’m not terribly embarrassed.
