Incumbent Senator Michael Bennet (D) is trailing Ken Buck (R) by a margin of 49-40 in the race for United States Senate in Colorado.

Unfortunately, the Independent candidacy of Tom Tancredo costs Republicans the lead in the race for Colorado governor. John Hickenlooper (D) holds a 41% lead, followed by Dan Maes (R) at 33%, and Tancredo (I) at 16%.

Tancredo is a former Republican Congressman who is officially running on the American Constitution Party ticket. He has decided to act as a spoiler candidate, permitting the Democratic Party to pick up the governor’s mansion.
